This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any service from us.
You should understand that by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order with Contour Aerial, you accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Contour Aerial for the performance and supply of any services. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.
Contour Aerial Registrations
Contour Aerial warrants that:
- Contour Aerial is the holder of a current CASA issued ReOC (RPA Operators Certificate), authorising them to conduct RPAS operations for profit or commercial gain
- Contour Aerial have met mandatory requirements set by CASA and have a suitable organisational culture and business model for safe Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) Operations
- Each person operating a UAV (drone) on behalf of Contour Aerial is the holder of a current CASA issued RePL (Remote Pilots License)
- Each person operating a UAV (drone) on behalf of Contour Aerial is the holder of a current CASA issued AROC (Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate)
Your Information
- Any personal information you provide will be used to ensure delivery of website and other services to you.
- The information you provide is only available to Contour Aerial and will not be shared with other third parties.
- You always have the right to request Contour Aerial to delete or correct the information held about you.
By accepting the Contour Aerial Conditions, you agree to the above.
Contour Aerial maintains a newsletter and other social media content. Information relating to your project may be referenced on our site, but only with your prior permission.
Intellectual Property Rights
All images, video and data generated on your behalf by Contour Aerial, will remain the property of Contour Aerial, until such time as parment for the service provided to you has been completed.
At that point, ownership of the property will transfer to you, although Contour Aerial will have rights to reproduce these for our marketing and publicity purposes at no cost to Contour Aerial, and subject to you granting permission for such use by Contour Aerial
Taxes
Contour Aerial is registered for GST. All quotes and invoice will include GST. If your organisation is eligible for an exemption please let us know prior to invoicing.
Payment
All products remain Contour Aerial's property until full payment is made. Payment terms for services is typically 14 day unless prior arrangements have been approved. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
Returns Policy
Our services and data output, being of a digital nature, make it difficult to provide a Returns Policy after delivery of the service / data to you.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service provided by Contour prior to payment, or completion of the project / service, we will refund any payments made to date, with the exception of on costs, and any direct costs incurred by Contour Aerial for the creation of the output / service.
Force Majeure
Events outside Contour Aerial's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Contour Aerial is released from any obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are CASA or government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
